Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns: You can request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How to Return: To start a return, email us at hydraulicmegapress@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return Address: RC#14 Rasheed Colony.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, simply return the original product (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
